Refunds/Cancellations

All sales are final and non-refundable. I do not provide refunds or cancellations as each piece is made to order according to size. In the rare instance that a refund is given, the amount refunded will be subjected to processing fees. Please note that shipping and any handling fee are not refundable.

Repairs/Adjustments

I provide repairs/adjustments for jewellery pieces bought from Aetheris for a small fee. Please get in touch with me on Instagram or via email before sending/mailing the pieces to repair. This service is only available in Singapore.

Damaged/Incorrect order/sizing

Please inspect your order within 3 days of reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
